Point Line is an immersive circular installation integrating real-time audio and video synthesis with touch screen interaction and 16 channel surround audio. Like the warp and weft of a loom, each touch point plays a line in rapid flowing succession, generating drones. Horizontal and vertical gestures play as frequency, pitch, and texture. It was inspired by the idea of playing sound through generative lines on the screen through lines, similar to a handloom.
